Shipping

Free shipping within the United States on all orders over $19 using USPS First Class Package, Priority Mail, or UPS Ground.  Orders under $19 will have $5 flat shipping rate and will be shipped using USPS First Class Package.  There is one business day processing, so generally the delivery will take between 2 and 5 days, depending on your location (*Please note, First Class Mail and Priority Mail are not guaranteed delivery USPS services).

Although we normally do not require the signature confirmation for the delivery, your local post office may ask for it depending on your area.  In addition, the signature will be required for orders more than $50 in value.

Pick Up

We do not have a physical presence and, unfortunately, pick up is not available at this time.  However, we do have stores around Chicagoland area that carry our product. Please contact us, and we'll point to the closest one to you.

Taxes

There's no sales tax for orders shipping outside of illinois.

UGears US (Ukidz LLC) is located in Illinois and taxes are collected for the orders within the state. Current tax collected is 10%. Our shopping cart automatically calculates the appropriate taxes during the checkout process.

We are not required to collect sales tax on orders delivered outside of Illinois.  However, you may be required to remit sales tax to your local taxing authority.

Order Tracking

Once the order is process, the tracking information will be emailed to the address provided.  You will be able to track the package on USPS.com.
